Mission Statement: To provide the public with professional and courteous assitance/service as it relates to all facets of the Arizona Justice Court system.
East Santa Cruz County Justice Court is made up of three divisions. Following are the responsibilities and services provided by each:

Traffic Division: Responsibilities include docketing, calendaring related to all traffic complaints filed in Precinct Number 2. Includes case file management, defendant or attorney communication, motions and queries.

Criminal Division: Responsibilities include docketing, calendaring related to all criminal complaints filed in Precinct Number 2. Includes case file management, attorney/ defendant communications, motions and queries.

Civil Division: Responsibilities include docketing, calendaring related to all civil complaints (lawsuits, landlord tenant disputes, small claims, petitions for order of protection, etc.) filed in Precinct Number 2. Includes case file management, plaintiff/defendant or attorney communication, motions and queries.
